Testimonials

"The Al-Emaan Centre Community really appreciated and loved the wonderful cards you made! Good gestures like the making of these cards are kind and thoughtful and go a long way to making people happy. The cards were really fantastic quality and really artistic. We handed them out at our Mosque on Eid day to the many people that attended prayers, and also at our Eid in the Park Party."

Al-Emaan Centre Management

"Many thanks for my enjoyable visit to St. James' today. It was a pleasure to receive a tour of your lovely school and to speak to your enthusiastic staff. Even on such a hot day, the pupils were engaged in their learning and keen to share thoughts with their visitor. It was clear how well the school has adapted to Covid-19 restrictions, to the credit of you, your leadership team, Governors and of course the pupils. Well done and thank you again for all that you all continue to do for Bromley children."

Jared Nehra, London Borough of Bromley Director of Education

"Just wanted to say how very much we enjoyed the visit from Year 4 this afternoon. They were very polite and perfectly behaved and gave some wonderfully insightful answers to our questions. We were so impressed!

They were also very good at spotting the differences between the interior of our church and the one which they are most familiar with. Please let them know how much we enjoyed having them visit us."

“My family has benefitted hugely from the After School Club for the entire time they have been at St James’. I was just reflecting today on what a blessing it has been – and how much my children have gained from it. It’s not just a safe environment for them to wait for their parents. It’s so much more.

They get a chance to socialise with other adults, and with children of all ages. They get a chance to expand their friendship groups, and develop their character – caring for younger children, including them in play, chatting over breakfast etc. They also really enjoy the games and activities – my boys loved the crispy cake making today, but also love playing games like dodge-ball indoors on a rainy day.

Needless to say screen time is also popular, but I really appreciate the focus on giving some time for homework too. I would not hesitate to recommend the club to other parents, and cannot thank the staff enough for everything they do. Thanks again for this brilliant addition to the school.”
