Each term we have a whole school Philosophy afternoon. Pupils watch a short film clip or listen to a story that encourages them to form questions around a moral dilemma. The themes are debated in their classrooms as an aid to formulating the questions. It is stipulated that there are no wrong or right answers but it is an opportunity for children to apply logic in order to produce reasoned viewpoints.
